Can not find a local Hercules Dealer

Can't Find a local Hercules dealer to stand behind tire mileage warranty.
Hercules web site does not seem to have a dealer locator for the public.
I am located in Overaland Park, KS. 66207 Dealership where I purchase the tires orginally has changed ownership. Could not find a Hercules dealer in the yellow pages turned to the web. Found the Hercules USA site and could not find a way on the the site to locate a local dealer that
handles Hercules tires that will interface with the manufacturer to get me a rebate on tire that did not perform as advertised by a short fall of more than 20,000 miles.
